Position Description

A Hospital in Plattsburgh is currently seeking a CRNA to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Flexible, 2-5 shifts per week
  • Hours: Flexible, 8hr or 10hr day time shifts
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Patient Volume: 4-6 cases per day

Responsibilities:

  • Cover Ortho, ENT, General Surgery, Gyne, Plastics, Podiatry, and GI Endo.
  • Nurse Anesthetists administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Master's of Science in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license
  • BCLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification

Desired Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP or DNAP)
